ANTIOXIDANT PACKED ACAI BOWLS

RECIPE

Serves 2

INGREDIENTS

- 5 frozen bananas

- 1 cup frozen blackberries

- 2 tbsp acai powder

- Juice of 1/2 a lime

Toppings...

- Crumbled pistachio

- Pumpkin seeds

- Almond butter

- Passionfruit

PREPARATION

- Add all your smoothie ingredients to your food processor and blend until smooth and creamy.

- Add a drop of coconut water if your food processor is having trouble breaking down the frozen fruit.

- Fill up two serving bowls with the acai mixture.

- Add your favourite toppings and serve straight away.
